Polymer fans

We are proud to say that we are working with a renowned company IMFITEX Ltd., recognised as the leading supplier of thermoplastic machinery in Poland, is fully qualified to manufacture, modernise and repair thermoplastic machinery. As a result of this fruitful cooperation, high quality polymer fans. Thanks to the synergy of our skills and expertise IMFITEX Ltd., our fans not only meet the highest industry standards, but are also innovative and tailored to the diverse needs of the market.

Industrial polymer fans are designed for conveying aggressive vapours and fumes. Fans manufactured under the brand name UNI-PRO can operate in the harshest environmental conditions and are resistant to most of the corrosive agents that can be found in industrial production.

High resistance of industrial polymer fans is achieved by using plastics (PE, PP, PVC) for the fan casing and impeller. The whole is placed on a steel support structure protected by chemically resistant paints. Reducing the use of steel elements to a minimum ensures long-term and fault-free operation of the fans offered to you.

We invite you to discover our diverse range, where the advanced technologies and experience of IMFITEX Ltd. are combined with the production of high quality centrifugal fans by UNI-PRO. Invest in efficiency and reliability with our joint products that combine the best practices of both companies.

Features of plastic fans

Media resistance of polymers:

  • The polymers used to construct the fans are resistant to most aggressive chemical media. They are chemically resistant to many acids, bases and solvents
  • The resistance of the material is dependent on the type of medium used, its temperature and concentration.
  • PE polyethylene, from which the enclosure is made, is characterised by resistance to atmospheric factors such as UV radiation, temperature (from -40oC to +50 oC), moisture. It also has good impact and abrasion resistance.
  • the material from which the rotor is made - is resistant to prolonged exposure to temperature (flame-retardant).
  • is not UV-resistant.

Applications for polymer fans

  • air purification systems for electroplating processes, etching, etc.
  • corrosive gas extraction.
